We are working with a busy entrepreneurial family who is based in Coral Gables, Florida and are looking for a full-time nanny. Family is originally from NYC with European background. They have a 4 year old and a 19 month old. They are looking for a down to earth, loving, active, honest, discrete, educated, fun energetic and experienced nanny. They are looking for someone who wants a long-term position with their family. Other top qualities in their new person: proactive, open to meal prep, organizing/ tidying, flexibility, imaginative, creative, silly, goofy, joyful, great at keeping busy. This family appreciates someone who is scheduled but is also open to spontaneous changes. Would love someone who can read the room and can flow with the family’s dynamic. Someone who understands family time and work time. Great with professional boundaries. Mom and dad work from home currently (separate office space). Mom is hands-on and looking for someone who can equally work side by side and independently with the kids. Schedule is working 4 days a week with a 7:30am start and one date night worked into the four days. Baby naps during the day, is very active, loves to run and climb. Their eldest is in Sr. preschool full days till 2:45. They are needing 40-45 hours a week, with some domestic and international travel. They would love someone who spoke Spanish ideally or any European language. Must: be local to FL Miami preferably, Must have at least 5 years of more nanny experience, someone with an education or child development background huge plus, must be able to travel international and domestic.

Compensation: $25-$35
