Full Time Nanny with Travel for Toddler | Topanga Canyon (ON HOLD)

We are in search of an incredible nanny who would like to join one of our Modern Minders families who has a home in Topanga Canyon. This family requires full discretion. They are very very private. They have one toddler and they are looking for someone who can really support the family. Parents are extremely Hands-On they need someone who is flexible with their time and duties who can be a great asset to the family and really a good tag teamer. This is a full hybrid role. They really would love someone who can work Wednesday to Sunday or Monday- Friday with some hours on Saturday (they know this is a really big ask), they'll promise 40 hours a week, must drive , must be open to travel domestic and international, having a background and developmental milestones for toddlers / potty training Etc in encouraged.
We have placed a nanny with this family on a temp basis before. They do travel to the Europe and work on projects around the world so the ability to be gone for a period of times is a must. This would be a great role for someone who has older children and wants an adventure. They really value life experiences. The little one will be in school from 9-1 starting in Sept. so a later start is a must. We really are looking for the right vibe and someone who doesn't need much direction. A real Doer is a must on this one.
Start Date End of Aug with a small overlap with their temp nanny that they have had.
Schedule: Ideal would be Wednesday to Sunday OR a Monday to Friday person who also is open to Saturdays (40 hours over those days)
Compensation: $30- $40 an hour, promised hours, 2 weeks paid vacation, holidays and sick time.
Location: Topanga Canyon with international travel

MUSTS:
Infant- Toddler Exp.
5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Covid 19 vaccinated and boosted
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
