We are looking for a standout Nanny to join a wonderful team supporting a lovely and BUSY high-profile family in Venice Beach California. This nanny will be joining a nanny team of three (two of which we have placed). The ideal candidate will be proactive & engaging for fun loving creative children. We are looking for a candidate who has experience working with HNW family’s (maintaining confidentiality and being professional all the time). Someone with  experience with toddlers & babies. Must have the ability to manage three children under the age of 5.  Two children are in school during week, so this is where you would be taking the initiative to do extra projects, organizing, light meal prep for the children and caring for the youngest child; keep nap and feeding schedule on point.  They are a laid back and kind family, that's looking for someone that's up for an adventure, who is really creative and has really good energy and vibes all around.   Someone who is super motivated and active with a "can do attitude". The travel portion of this position is set up as a split between all four nannies (always two nannies on at a time). In addition to caring for children, we are looking for a candidate that has the ability to cook, light cleaning and any other household tasks or errands. No task to big or small. Must have a spotless driving record, comfortable driving children and a working knowledge of West LA (car provided). This is a busy and dynamic household; ideal candidate will be flexible and can travel preferably on a US passport so there are no visa issues.  
 
Schedule that will consist of 1 week on and 1 off in rotation with another nanny with a Wednesday evening start and ending the following Wednesday evening. Must be open to staying over if needed 4 of the 7 days a week.   Live-in accommodations are in a guest house provided during shifts and separate from the family.  

• Compensation an hourly rate equivalent to $85-$90k base a year in annualized earnings based on the 26 weeks/year rotational schedule with over time and hourly broken down for all hours worked.  Other benefits include a $500 monthly stipend + paid vacation/sick/holiday

• MUST BE COVID VACCINATED and 100% Stellar References

• Must be able to travel no questions asked
