Wonderful return Modern Minders' family is looking for an amazing family assistant based in NYC.  The family's apartment is located in Tribeca. We have placed all the staff so far with this family, everyone loves their jobs, so we know whoever lands this position will be well cared for.   They are moving back to the city in the next two week (Sept 1).  They are needing someone who is truly a "Jill or Jack of all trades."  Someone who is really good with logistics.  Think booking travel for the family and extended family anything from airfare to hotels all over the world and US.  Their ideal person will be able to be a master coordinator/ manager of all things home.  The family has several homes in the US and Abroad.  There will be a fare amount of travel with this job internationally and domestic.  They would love someone  who can potentially travel before the family to get the destination ready for family's arrival.   They would love someone who a real estate background or someone who is comfortable being the liaison for the family when dealing with realtors and preparing properties for sale.  They would love someone who can just get in and be proactive, creative problem solve, and over all be the family's right hand person.  This person would also handling the day- to day things like scheduling grocery drop off, vendors to the apartment, coordinate the cleaning and work directly with the nanny to keep everything on track and running smoothly.  There will be a massive amount of scheduling and daily diary keeping.  Type A organizer a plus and having the ability to juggle many things at once with ease a must.  They would love someone who can work with and jump in when needed.  There is a very  small childcare "in case of emergency" portion of this job.  For example if the parents go away they would love someone who isn't afraid of children and can support the nanny if she needs a hour break from time to time.  This job has so many possibilities and the family is aware this this is a lot but they value handwork, loyalty and someone who wants to stay and grow with their family.

Compensation:  DOE + Vacation, sick time, Health Insurance Stipend and more

Must:

• Be Covid 19 Vaccinated

• Have at least 5 years of recent House manger/ Family Assistant Experience

• Be extremely organized

• Located in the NYC area and able to travel international and domestic at a moments notice.

• Must be ok with children
