Full Time + Long Term + Toddler Experience

We are looking for the best of the best when is comes to a toddler nanny for a girlboss and co-parenting father. This position is for when the one year old This is one of the nicest sweetest moms we have met. They has an adorable baby girl who is one. They currently have a wonderful nanny who is relocating so they are in search of another unicorn nanny! The current nanny will be there to help with the transition. They are looking for someone who is number one kind/ caring and number two exp. This person will know what it means to really support a mother in her journey of parenthood. She would like someone who understands developmental milestones and over all stages of child development, who knows how to really care for a toddler and all things potty training. In their ideal world they would love someone who is other to a rotating schedule (listed below). That being said, you must be flexible with your time to work a late night or event if needed, and travel.
The parents are very hands on and really love to be with their child when they are not working.
This person should be have a great scene of humor as there is a lot of laughter in this house and open to really being part of the family, but respecting the professional boundaries. The ideal person is someone who's flexible, willing to work hard, takes pride in their work, someone who neat and organized, someone who is a real ACE when it comes to toddlers.
I can't stress how nice and kind this couple is. They want this person to be happy and healthy in their role. Having the ability to communicate well is a must. Someone who is a self starter and over all rocks at their job.
If you have a ton of experience, you are polished, professional and discrete then we want to see you!
COMPENSATION is $25- $30 DOE (40 promised a week) + Vacation+ Sick days
SCHEDULE: This is a 2-2-3 Schedule that rotates.
WEEK #1- 2 days on (Monday/Tuesday), 2 days off (Wednesday/ Thursday), 3 days on (Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday)
WEEK #2- 2 days off (Monday/ Tuesday), 2 days on, 3 days off (Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday)
