Really amazing family who respects education and background in child development or Montessori is looking for a full-time nanny in Boston Massachusetts in the back bay area. This family has three children under the age of four and is looking for someone with infant to toddler experience. There's no driving required for this position. This role is a Monday through Friday with a 7 AM start time. This family is open to end times of 3 PM, 4 PM, or 5 PM depending on the candidates preference for hours. They are open to guaranteeing 40 to 45 hours per week. A schedule of four days on with 10 hour days is also a possibility. They are open to live in or live out. They are just looking for the right match for their family. They have had a number of babysitters and their last nanny was with the family for three years. They appreciate candidates who are hard-working, highly educated, super creative, incredible emotional intelligence and someone who comes from a solid background and family dynamic.
Compensation for this position is $28-$35 or DOE. Benefits are negotiable for the right person. This family is COVID-19 cautious. Really looking for the right fit. Must have a four year college degree without exception.
This family is also open to relocating an exceptional candidate after completion of a small trial. This would be a great role for someone who is trying to get back to the Boston area maybe have family around or it would be a great role for a local who is highly educated with lots of nanny experience with Great references.
