We have an amazing job with a family who is located in Brentwood California. This is a really great young family who is growing and whoever gets this position will have an amazing job for years to come. Love someone who has experience with a Toddler and a newborn. So far they really into gentle parenting style. The little one will be going to school in a preschool program that is parent centered and a nurturing preschool Monday Wednesday and Friday from 8:15 to 11:15. The Nanny would have to be comfortable driving the little one to and from preschool and being there with the little person for that time. This is a full time nanny/ mothers helper role. They are really looking for someone who is an extension of Mom and dad and is ok working with a stay home mom. During the day you will primarily be with the toddler while mom is with newborn.
Wishlist person is proactive, outgoing, someone who loves being outside**this one is very important, who understands boy activities and has energy to be active outside, someone who will help with light tidying i.e. sterilizing bottles/ pump parts and doing some dishes if they need to be done, someone who can help with meal prep, light housekeeping/tidying/ laundry for the children, would love somebody with an education background who understands preschool or teacher, someone who can drive and clean driving history, experience with newborns and boy toddlers, able to grow with the family, understand the big picture, someone who is kind and caring, super patient, friendly, who leads an active lifestyle, who is engaging, energetic, really wants longevity, someone who is Covid vaccinated/very cautious willing to do at home Covid tests, someone who is fully engaged and not on their phone while on the job.

Schedule: Full time schedule Monday - Friday, Minimum 8 hours starting at 8:30am. Open so some flexibility with longer and shorter days.
Compensation: Hourly range $30- $40 gross per hour
Benefits: 2 weeks vacation, sick days, holidays paid + a stipend toward health Insurance

MUSTS:
Infant and Toddler Exp.
Comfortable being a CO- Parent with mom and dad and ok with stay at home mom.
5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Covid 19 vaccinated and boosted (stated cases)
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
