We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented housekeeper to manage cleaning duties across several properties, including a business office, living space, and industrial area. The ideal candidate will be efficient, attentive to detail, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team. Location: Santa Monica and Venice, California
Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour, with full benefits
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning:
Perform thorough cleaning tasks in all designated areas, including offices, living spaces, and industrial areas.
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
Organization and Inventory Management:
Organize and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment across multiple properties.
Monitor and restock supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with other members of the housekeeping team to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in cleaning operations.
Provide support and coverage for team members as needed, including filling in for absences or emergencies.
Private Residence Cleaning:
Assist with housekeeping duties in a private home, including cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Follow specific instructions and preferences provided by the homeowners to meet their expectations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional housekeeping roles, with excellent references.
Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and cooperative attitude.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties as needed.

MUSTS:
Five minimum years of experience working with each past family.
