We are helping an amazing family look for a weekday, full-time nanny . We are looking for someone who has experience working with multiple children, who is comfortable with a 5.5, 3.5, and an infant. There is one more child in the home who has their own private care taker. This family is looking for someone is a go to person. Someone who really gets infants and toddlers, someone who loves to organize and is open to doing other things within the home. Their current person loves to cook so they would love somebody who was also into cooking. This person needs to be able to drive Nanny car provided, English speaking as a must would love somebody who speaks a second language, someone who can get in where they fit in meaning, no task is too small. General nanny duties in a divide on conquer attitude with mom. Must be comfortable with parents being around. School starts in September where the eldest child will be going to school full days. They'd love someone who could eventually travel with the family who is a really chill and loving vibe. Someone who is able to be flexible, someone with good energy, someone who is really into dogs. There is some dog walking required for this position. They are offering full-time hours around 40 hours a week, a 9 to 5 or 10 to 6 schedule would work best for them. They love the nanny that they have now they're sad to see her go. She's got great energy. She's super patient and kind and really supports the family in any way that they need. They currently have a housekeeper that comes three days a week and they are just really open to finding the right person. They do have a home in another state that they do like to travel to often and eventually they love their nanny to come with them.
Musts:
extensive experience with infants Toddlers and school-age children
Must Love Dogs there is some pet care/walking of a tiny little fur baby.
must be up to date with covid and other vaccinations
must be comfortable and love to cook for kids with some meal prep for the whole family period also preparing healthy snacks lunches that kind of thing period
open to running extra errands for example grocery shopping making sure the house is stocked
must drive and have a clean driving record Nanny car provided
must speak English Second Language a plus and encouraged
must be able to travel eventually with the family inside and outside of the country
5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Covid 19 vaccinated and boosted
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
Compensation:
$30 to $35 per hour paid via payroll DOE
benefits include two weeks paid vacation, five six days, Mutual agreed upon federal holidays
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9-5 or 10-6-->must be flexible as this might need to shift with notice.
