We have an exciting opportunity for an incredible nanny who is looking for a full-time position with a low-key super fun family. The position is generally located in Bel Air California however the family has another home in Malibu and travels often globally. This is an international family looking for a nanny who is open for an adventure. They are have three children under the age of five. This is a fully staffed home with two other nannies already in place. They are looking for someone who can do Saturday and Sunday full 12 hour coverage with two days during the week making a 40 hour work week. Musts include driving with clean driving record, open to travel both domestic and international, open to tag teaming with mom, dad and team player nannies. This family spends 4 weeks in Australia, and four weeks in Europe over the summer. Their ideal nanny is a team player, great swimmer (pool and ocean), would love someone who has a background in education, good with professional boundaries, super upbeat and fun, someone really likes to pay with children and explore, someone who is open minded and up for adventure a must. Passport ready, Trustline certified (or willing to complete). Everyone in the house understands that the kids are the number one priority. Parents are around and you very rarely if at all ever be with all three children at one time. Second Language not required but would love! The children know and understand Spanish as nannies speak several languages. This family is a direct referal from someone who has worked for them and has said nothing but glowing things about them. Location: Bel Air, CA and Malibu (Preference to Local LA Candidates)
Ages of Children: 4.5, 3 and 1
Schedule: Sat and Sun 8am- 8pm (12 hour shift) with some hours during the week 11:30am 0r 12pm - 7:30 / 8pm
$30- $35 per hour, Promised 40 hours a week paid via W2 with California applicable OT and travel pay when traveling.
Benefits: $150 towards health insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, some PTO, sick time
MUSTS:
Infant- School Age Exp.
5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Covid 19 vaccinated and boosted
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
