High-net-worth bi-coastal family looking for a nanny with infant. This is a TRUE Bi-Coastal nanny job with LOADS of travel around the world. We are looking for a dedicated nanny who would like to work with one child. This position is for someone who is open to living out while in NEW YORK and living-in while traveling the US and world. This family is really incredible and leads a busy lifestyle domestically and internationally. They need someone who is always one step ahead with extensive travel experience with luxury travel a plus; excellent with a schedule and being on top of everything child related. This job is all encompassing working with one small child currently and a second one will be on the way in 2021(compensation raise given for second child). This family will also have an NCS at that time as well. We need someone who is a go-getter, someone who takes direction well and is a self starter, someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to detail. You will be responsible for cooking, tidying and caring for the baby first and foremost but may be asked occasionally for other tasks outside of your formal job description. This job is combo live in and live out, and requires a lot of travel. This family is a very private family who requires a great deal of discretion when it comes to family and friends of the family. East, West and Central USA, Mexico, Caribbean, South of France, UK, and more. They are really interested in meeting the very best person for their child and family dynamic.
Must haves NO EXCEPTION: at least 5 years of working with infants, easy to be around, can keep a strict schedule, understands the importance of great manners (proper polish, table manners, keeps things neat and tidy), understands developmental milestones, knows how to read a room, someone who is flexible with last minute location changes, someone who loves to be super helpful without being asked, being prepared at all costs is very important, a clean background including driving, great references which are able to be checked, able to travel for weeks at a time preferably, discretion is key. This position requires someone who understands boundaries.
Schedule requires flexibility, however typically Monday to Friday 7am-7pm; with flexibility for schedule shift when traveling, able to do the occasional overnight, travel for weeks at a time and as needed.
Compensation: Starting $85k or DOE + Full Medical Benefits + Bonuses, 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, Sick Time and full medical Insurance. First round interviews will be done virtually.
