Nanny Family Helper
We have one of our longest Modern Minders’ family looking for an incredible nanny for their two boys. We have placed many babysitters, and this family’s last nanny, as well as a summer nanny. Everyone who meets this dynamic bunch loves them. They recently sold their home and have been nomads for the summer. They are returning to LA and will be settling in the Valley close to the boys school. They have two children; both school aged and one amazing doggie. Mom will be traveling on occasion and sometimes the kids come with her too. So being able to travel for a couple weeks at a time may happen, or some doggie sitting/ house sitting when they are out of town. They are looking for someone who is kind, calm, honest, firm, loving, loyal, committed to their past families. Punctuality and showing up to your scheduled shifts is huge for this family. This family loves spending time with their children. There has been known the occasional kitchen dance party to break out. The boys are really active and imaginative. This family takes COVID 19 EXTREMELY seriously as the youngest has had some serious health issues in the past. Schedule is Monday- Friday with some flexibility for a date night. 35- 40 hours a week mostly happening in the afternoons, unless school is out or mom is filming, in which case you would step in to be like a surrogate parent helping dad with the boys. We can’t stress to you how incredible this family is!
Compensation: $25-$32.50 via Payroll, 35 hours a week promised pay (a lot of weeks will be closer to 40, maybe more for school breaks and holidays), vacation, and sick days
Must:
Be Covid 19 Vaccinated and up to date with all other vaccinations
Have at least 3 years of recent nanny experience.
Be extremely organized
