Modern Minders’ family is currently looking for a full time live In nanny for their toddler and newborn. This professional family travels often to various locations. Must be ok working with a stay at home mom and able to support her on all levels of the day. Health and wellness is important to this family and they would love someone who leads an equally active and healthy lifestyle. Must be proactive, flexible, a great observer, great with communication, and great energy. They really are looking for someone who will be a a positive role model for their children. They would love someone who has a four year college degree in early childhood education or maybe is a teacher looking for work with a really fun private family. They are looking for someone who is confident, independent, happy, upbeat and optimistic. No task is too big or too small. Discretion is key as this family is extreme private.
Looking for someone who knows how to read a room, step in and step out when needed. They need someone that wants to be part of the family but has healthy boundaries with the family. They support a good work life balance. This position will come down to experience and personality. Must have prior live in nanny experience.
LIVE IN NANNY EXPERIENCE A MUST (no exceptions)
Accommodations: The live in accommodation is always private and typically the nanny would have their own entrance to come and go as they please. Two of the their three locations have accommodations outside of the main house with separate living areas, so everyone has their own space for down time.
Location: Extensive domestic and international travel as well as relocation to several homes around the country with separate living accommodations. Tribeca, Alabama, Tampa and other locations East Coast.
Ages of children: Toddler and Newborn (primary care is for the Toddler)
Start date/Contract dates: When the right person is found, pending trial January 2023 start is fine.
Schedule: 40-50 promised hours a week, with two consecutive days off ( at least one weekend day off when they can) some weeks are less then 40 depending on the weeks.
Compensation: $90k - $95k to start a year with promised pay for weeks and hours they may not need.
Benefits: Select paid holidays, Sick days and after 90 days you will be receive, 2 weeks paid vacation, medical insurance

MUSTS:
Must be a tidy person, upbeat and fun, have a really can-do attitude, able to work side-by-side with a parent who also works from home and are comfortable with cameras in the home.
5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Covid Vaccinated preferred (Easier for international travel) but not required.
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
