Amazing young family who travels for dad's job is seeking an experienced night NCS with flexibility for day time hours. Baby will be 4.5 months old. This family currently employs a night person on the East Coast and this person will transition the West coast NCS into the role. This is a great family. They will need 7 nights a week/ 12 hour shifts. Someone who has extensive experience with tongue and lip ties (lactation support). Someone who knows how to read a room and understands while in California this family will have LOTS of family around. They would prefer someone who lives locally or comfortable with the commute. They would also be open to a nanny who has extensive experience with infants that would maybe want to transition to full time and travel with them back to the East Coast. Compensation: $30-$35 an hour for the NCS work currently. If we find them an answer nanny we can discuss compensation.
