Couple in the industry is looking for a part-time PA/House Manager that would be open to starting PT and then moving to full time in the fall maybe sooner. This client is super private so you must be open to signing an NDA, as well as going though several interview screenings.

This position is in Los Feliz and is looking to add one more person to their team of two PA's. Their current staff is young, fun, hip and super tech savvy. Knowledge of Slack or Quick major bonus points. This is a no ego zone. This position would start out by training with the current PA who is going to be gone working remotely from June- Aug. The real MVP for this role is a team player, someone upbeat, really great at problem solving, well spoken, super organized, motivated and very service oriented. This person needs to be open to working on all projects and be in the mix with two other savvy PA's. This position is very project based, has enormous potential to grow. They are looking for a really good fit long term.
Salary $25- $35 to start on Payroll, with Benefits when the position goes full time.
Schedule: 2 or 3 days a week to start 25-30 hours a week (full time for the right person, also will move to full time). They are open to a set-is schedule. This position is 50% onsite and sometimes 50% offsite working remotely.

They would like someone who understands developmental milestones and over all stages of child development, who knows how to really care for a baby. In their ideal world they would love someone Monday- Saturday however are open to someone five days on during the week and then a weekend person. That being said, you must be flexible with your time to work a date night or event if needed, and travel.

The parents are very hands on and really love to be with their child when they are not working.

This person should be have a great scene of humor as there is a lot of laughter in this house. The ideal person is someone who's flexible, willing to work hard, takes pride in their work, someone who neat and organized, someone who knows how to make baby food, knows when baby needs to start solids and over all an ACE. This would be a wonderful position for someone who is an NCS looking to transition over the nanny world, or someone who has RECENT infant experience.

I can't stress how nice and kind this couple is. They want this person to be happy and healthy in their role. Having the ability to communicate well is a must. Someone who is a self starter and over all rocks at their job.

We are working with a long time Modern Minders family to find an amazing Family Assistant/ House Manager 80% house and  20% kids (12 and 9 year old ).  

House Manager:
Overseeing staff, making sure the house is stocked, kids laundry, cooking healthy meals for kids when doing late nights, making sure house is clean and organized, running their personal schedules and kids schedules, party planning, travel planning, helping to oversee their second home, researching projects, getting things organized for Mom, event/dinner party planning planning down to catering, live music, ect.   

Nanny:
Kids get picked up at 3 from school and then the nanny hat goes on. Anything and everything you can think of. They are looking for a real Ace.  But needs full flexibility to stay later if things change. Will usually know at least a week in advance of later nights, but must be flexible. Usually at least 1 later (9-10:30) night a week. Usually off at 6 on Fridays.

This is a  full blown house manager and full blown nanny duties wrapped into one job.  

• Jill of ALL trades

• Must know how to deal with preteens. (and all that goes with them)

• Clean driving because they will be driving quite a bit.

• Nanny car provided

• Plans can change so you must be ok with rolling with it.

• Tech savvy.

This is one of the sweetest families in LA with two adorable boys. One is a little over a year old and the eldest is school aged. The use our babysitting services for all their fill in and we have many wonderful nannies pass through their doors, each raving about how great the kids and parents are. With that said, we are looking for someone who is GREAT! Mom is filming in Vancouver mid Jan and they return around Feb 8th. The goal is to have someone start full time when they return. They would like to meet people and train people before then right after the New Year. This position requires someone who is extremely loving, silly, calm and collected, able to creative problem solve, someone who has experience working with children who have some medical issues (nothing crazy), who has the ability to take the little guy to doctors appts to be able to handle both kids, drive, cook.

Schedule would be Monday-Friday. Hours shift according to mom's filming and writing schedule. A typical day can be 7:30am-8:30pm or 10am-6pm. But I do use someone everyday usually. MUST: Be able to drive, have a car, can travel if needed and all around be a SOLID person.

Compensation: $20- $23 an hour, with vacation, sick time
