FILLED Santa Monica, CA | High Profile Full Time Experienced House Manager/ Family Assistant

We are working with a long time Modern Minders family to find an amazing Family Assistant/ House Manager 80% house and  20% kids (12 and 9 year old ).  

House Manager:
Overseeing staff, making sure the house is stocked, kids laundry, cooking healthy meals for kids when doing late nights, making sure house is clean and organized, running their personal schedules and kids schedules, party planning, travel planning, helping to oversee their second home, researching projects, getting things organized for Mom, event/dinner party planning planning down to catering, live music, ect.   

Nanny:
Kids get picked up at 3 from school and then the nanny hat goes on. Anything and everything you can think of. They are looking for a real Ace.  But needs full flexibility to stay later if things change. Will usually know at least a week in advance of later nights, but must be flexible. Usually at least 1 later (9-10:30) night a week. Usually off at 6 on Fridays.

This is a  full blown house manager and full blown nanny duties wrapped into one job.  

• Jill of ALL trades

• Must know how to deal with preteens. (and all that goes with them)

• Clean driving because they will be driving quite a bit.

• Nanny car provided

• Plans can change so you must be ok with rolling with it.

• Tech savvy.

• Dog care- tiny fluffy cute pup. Have a dog walker that comes. Arrange travel for her when they travel, deal with vet stuff, make sure she has stuff she needs.  She’s only 7.5 pounds and is super friendly.

• Fully Staffed home (housekeeper, weekend Nanny, Dog Walker)

BONUS:  You will be trained by current House Manger and if you need anything you can always call her.

This person should be ok with working 50+ hours a week, Mon-Fri. Generally the hours at 10am-7, with one late night a week till 7pm or 12am if their is an event.  You are not required to work on Friday evening.

Salary : $90k-$120k or DOE with Medical Stipend, Vacation, Sick days, Paid on the books and with Overtime

Full time nanny for a long time Modern Minders amazing family in Studio City.  They have two children; 1-baby and 1-school aged child. 

High Profile family. Mom and dad work from home and have off site offices as well.  They are looking for someone who is kind, calm, honest, firm, loving, loyal, committed to their past families.  Punctuality and showing up to your scheduled shifts is huge for this family.  Mom was once a nanny so she get what the  role should look like.  This family loves spending time with their children.  

Compensation:  $22-$25 via Payroll,  40 hours a week promised pay, vacation, and sick days

Schedule is Monday- Friday with some flexibility for a date night
