THIS IS IT! We are in search of an exceptional full time nanny for two adorable children (2 and 7) in Encino, CA. This family has been lucky enough to employ their last nanny for 7 years and is looking for their next long term person. They really are family people who would love someone who is equally vested in their family as they would be their own. The children are really great. Really active, silly and fun. They often break out in dance parties and LOTS of laughing is happening in this home. Mom is in and out and sometimes on set and dad works out of the home. You must be comfortable tag teaming tasks and things that need to get done when mom isn’t shooting. Someone who is shares an obsession for “Home Edit” would love this position as being organized in key. This is a great all around role with some duties being food shopping (instacart), organizing, making lunches, homeschooling help this fall, basic homework help and some cooking (by no means pro chef level). Their ideal person is well rounded, have a great positive attitude about life, great team player, easy going, easy to talk to, someone who notices things before being asked, someone who can anticipate the needs of the family, okay with talking openly if something isn’t working on both sides, good with technology (text/ pictures), and over all a great role model for two growing strong girls.
MUST: Follow Covid guidelines and be in line with parents needs for Covid safely. Drive with clean driving record, be legal to work in the US, okay with being paid on the books, CPR and First Aid current, he hardworking, great references (family will also check)
Schedule: Monday- Friday 9-5 or 10-6 (8 hr shift a day) usually but must have some flexibility for a late start or early call time or for date nights or events. Open to occasional overnights. No crazy travel however must be open international and domestic short trips if needed.
Compensation: Promised 40 hours a week, $25 Gross per hour, Nanny Car, 2 weeks vacation, some holidays off, 10 sick days and other work perks.
