Organized + Caring + Personal/ Family Assistant
Seeking highly organized and caring Personal Assistant to provide support to entertainment business family of 4 with two pre-teens.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Seeking a hybrid assistant (approx. 70%) to provide primarily provide personal support to the family (primarily the Mrs.) and help out with children (approx.30%), Manage heavy personal and household calendaring, drive kids to sports, school pick up drop offs when needed and after school activities, interact with household staff, organize home, closets, pantries, etc., assist with special projects, events, sleepovers and birthday parties, perform heavy online research and online shopping, provide support in implementing and maintaining their Lifestyle, Diet., Health and service needs, serve as interface to household managing calls and visitors, might be asked to take family pet dog to vet when needed.
SKILLS: A strong scheduler and organizer for complicated calendars, a strong eye for detail, dog friendly, tech savvy.
COMPENSATION: Monday through Friday, 11 AM – 8PM, Competitive Pay based on experience, Stipend for benefits
