High profile actor is looking to receive incredible personal and professional assistant. Candidate should be comfortable dealing with all aspects of personal and professional life with excellent communication and organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining personal calendar, booking travel, running personal errands, dog care, communicating with business manager, house cleaner, gardener, nanny etc. to insure all aspects of the family and both homes are kept up. Candidates must also work closely with professional managers, agents and their assistants for both current and upcoming projects.
DAILY TASKS: Manages, updates and keeps calendar/schedule and reviews daily. Manages all aspects of both personal and professional life. Receive and respond to emails as they come in. Manage all aspects of both households including housekeeper and overseeing all repairs and other vendors. Run errands; research and source various options on miscellanies purchases. Handle and sort mail; accepts and manages deliveries, packages, returns, etc. Manage all aspects of travel, including booking, rescheduling, tracking all air, ground, lodging and dining reservations; quickly learns and incorporates hotel and air preferences. Manages medical appointments, prescription ordering and personal appointments for the family. Manages operational systems to streamline all possible functions.
QUALIFICATIONS: Highly organized, resourceful and self motivating. Extremely professional (presence, and verbal/written communication). Efficient, natural problem solver, multitasker, high level of focus on details. Without ego, does not feel certain tasks are beneath them. Dependable, honest, discreet and kind. Forward thinker that is excellent with anticipating needs. Welcomes direction and feedback. Proficient with technology. Knowledge of or comfort with all Apple products. Entry-level knowledge in troubleshooting Wi-Fi, phone, TV and computer issues etc. Caretaker thought process; takes ownership and pride in ensuring that the family is well taken care in all aspects of their lives. Touch of warmth with all interaction with the family, including in all forms of communications. Must love dogs and be comfortable with occasional childcare.
Locationβ: Based both in Los Angeles and Malibu. The client travels frequently, but you would not be required to. Proximity to Hollywood Hills important.
Salaryβ: To be determined based on experience.
Hours:β This role is primarily a Monday-Friday 9-5 position, but the hours can be busier/longer on some days. Flexibility with regards to evenings and weekends is necessary. There is no intention to burn someone out but we do seek someone who is flexible and accommodating.
