High profile family is looking for a ROCKSTAR family assistant who is looking for their next long term family. One Tween in residence. Family is in production and have several projects happening this fall so they are looking for a real ACE and anchor to hold down the fort.

The type of person who would work well in this home is someone who is: Extremely organized, able to handle a really business calendar, who is text savvy and one step ahead of things. On of the children is currently in boarding school so being able to coordinate their needs and school scheduling is a must. Someone who can juggle many plates in the air at one time with ease a must. Able to take direction well with little to no repeating. Self Starter and a LIST person a must You have to love to communicate because updating mom with texts is key (tech savvy a must). Likes to wear many hats and is over all a “go getter” who can GET THINGS DONE.

Responsibilities besides childcare would include things like dealing with everything from the holidays, planning and buying birthday gifts, helping with awesome class projects, taking care of vendors, scheduling anything from home repairs to kids after school lessons, packing and un packing for trips, keeping mom and dad on the same page.

This family is in the entertainment industry and really would like someone who is used to working in a fast paced environment.

The schedule: Monday to Friday 11:00a-7:00p

Flexibility for an early morning or a late late depending on scheduling.

Must be travel ready. Nanny car provided MUST DRIVE Must think like you are The Home Edit, organization a must.

Pay: $30/hr - $35/hr depending work background, longevity in your positions.

Paid Holidays, PTO two weeks, Potential Medical Stipend for the right person and Sick days according to California state law.
