Long time Modern Minders high profile single Mom in the Hollywood Hills is looking for a full -time Nanny/ House Manger. This family of three is looking for someone who is UBER flexible and super dependable. The children are school age between and both attend school during the day, so your day would be used for house manger duties. Mom's demanding and ever changing schedule requires someone who can roll with changes easily. Their ideal person is easy going, yet firm, knows how to manage their time effectively and efficiently, and work at warp speed if need be. Someone who is really good at multitasking, able to juggle schedules, works well with other staff and generally overall get a "get stuff done attitude."
The position promises a minimum of 40 hours a week regardless if you are needed and tons of opportunity for OT. Generally speaking the schedule some days is 10/11am- 7pm, and other days you may be asked to work in afternoons into the evening in case of events, or work dinners or come early 5:45am for school drop off. In the summer when the children are off, the schedule will be more of your average 9am-5pm with flexibility. Very rarely will mom need you on a weekend but there is an occasional request here or there. Mom does have family close by that does help with the children when needed as well. Travel is minimal as mom really believes in keeping the kids consistent in their school schedule. However there is the potential for travel for the right candidate. In short you will be working with an incredibly supportive group of people who are really big on open communication and clear ideas of what is expected. Duties include but are not limited to running errands, working with outside vendors, home renovations, gift buying, scheduling, school coordination, play dates, and anything kid related! Being comfortable on set is a must as well as mom is in the business.
Family offers:
$62,400 - $84,000 gross base per year ($30-$40 an hour), Overtime according to California law, Federal holiday off with pay or worked with Overtime pay, 2 weeks paid Vacation (must be approved by the family in accordance with kids' schedule), Sick Days.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of professional Nanny experience, CPR/ First Aid Certified, Able to interview and start immediately, 1-2 Years of professional assistant experience or family assistant experience, Experience working with High Profile families in the industry
MUST be OK with an NDA and Social Media Blackout.
