Responsibilities:
Engage in imaginative play and encourage creativity
Plan and lead age-appropriate activities and outings
Support developmental milestones and skill-building exercises
Ensure the safety and well-being of the little princess at all times
Practice gentle parenting techniques and help navigate big emotions
Create a stimulating and fun environment conducive to learning and growth
Accompany the family on short trips and outings as needed
Requirements:
Highly creative and engaging with a zest for imaginative adventures
Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required
Trustworthy, patient, and empathetic
Knowledgeable about fun kid activities in the area
Ability to commit to a flexible schedule with enthusiasm
Willingness to travel for short trips
Privacy and safety-conscious mindset
Compensation
$35- $40 an hour via W2
MUSTS:
5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.

CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
