We are looking for an outstanding career nanny for a wonderful family living in the Venetian Islands, Miami. Flexibility to cover full-time care for their 2.5-year-old and 18-month-old. The children generally sleep 7:30 am-7:30 pm, live in or live out. They would prefer a local to South Fl nanny; however, they are open to the best of the best nationwide to apply.
They are looking for one more rotational nanny that complements the other nanny who is already in place. The nanny who is leaving was placed by Modern Minders. She says nothing but great things about her job and is sad to be leaving the full-time role.e. You will work 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off in rotation with this nanny. This is a 24/7 shift when you are on the clock. Live in while working with private accommodations provided in the family’s home and live out during off weeks.
Typically, duties will be anything child-related. This family really values education and experience equally. Their ideal person will have a background in early childhood education or a teaching background. They will understand the ins and outs of infant care and what milestones are happening as their children grow. A nanny who is a team player and thrives working in a team-oriented environment. They are looking for nannies for children-related tidying, feeding, and laundry. An interest or background in family assisting will be a big plus, as this will ensure the candidate can grow with the family for years to come! They are looking for a genuine career nanny. This is a full-staffed home; you must be able to work well on a team.

You must speak English; however, if you spoke Spanish fluently, this would be a huge plus. Other languages are welcome.
Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental activities i.e. educational background.
Must be able to drive child and comfortable with driving.
Must have a valid passport.
They would prefer to have a nanny who is fully vaccinated, including the COVID-19 vaccination and booster.
Compensation an hourly rate equivalent to $100k-$160+k/year in annualized earnings based on the 26 weeks/year rotational schedule. Other benefits include fully covered health and dental insurance and relocation assistance.

Schedule: 24/7 on-call for 26 weeks a year
Compensation: $45-$50 gross per hour for hours worked.

MUSTS:

5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Strong educational background preferred
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
