We are helping a very private family living in Malibu find a TOP-NOTCH personal assistant. Must have five plus years at past positions minimum (straightforward career pathed PA present on a resume). Someone who is a seasoned professional is enormous here. Great team player, sharp, can read the room, and is content with this being their full-time job. Tasks may include personal gifting/ shopping, driving occasionally, internal party planning/events, coordination with other staff on daily projects, and creating diaries/ scheduling. Travel a must to five weeks at a time to other properties in rotation as needed. Must be comfortable working on property (reasonable commute).
Compensation: $100k- $130k or DOE with a competitive benefits package.

MUSTS:
5 - 8 years of experience working with each past principal.
Covid-19 vaccinated and boosted
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10-point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legally work in the United States.
