LIVE IN NANNY, who LOVES adventure and all things SNOW needed!
The family is open to the relocation of a rockstar nanny who wants to be part of their team. They live in this beautiful home in the woods. They have two children, 7 and 3. Think of school activities, including basketball, t-ball, piano, and skiing, depending on the season for their oldest. Think ballet, music, story times, and preschool for the little one. They have had one of our favorite nannies with them for the last 1.5 years, and she can't say enough great things about living and traveling with this family. The ideal person is fun and up for anything.
I am open to doing everything with the kids when they are out of town, and I would love to travel with this family. On average, they travel for two months (one time with and once without). I want someone comfortable adventuring and potentially getting snowed in (haha). This adventure family also spends time in Dana Point, where they are known to take their boat on trips to Mexico and are so fun.
TypicalA typical work week would be five days on and two days off. They would love a Wednesday to Sunday schedule. They would prefer to have a flexible arrangement that works for both sides. If someone wants to take 3-4+ weeks off yearly, they can also work with that.
Light housework related to the kids, meal prep, driving to/from school and activities, laundry and clothing organization, toy/playroom/bedroom cleaning. They have a housekeeper 1-2 times per week. MUST DRIVE and be comfortable driving in inclement weather.
This family is active and enjoys what Tahoe offers, including skiing, hiking, fishing, golf, etc. They travel with the kids about once and at least once a month without them.
Accommodation: A large room has an en suite bathroom and a private entrance.
Yearly: $85K to $92k with benefits. Broken down hourly per state and federal law. NO STATE INCOME TAX
MUSTS:
Infant and Toddler Exp.
3-5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Covid-19 vaccinated and boosted
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10-point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legally work in the United States.
