Full time nanny needed for an awesome family currently located near Laurel Canyon/Beverly Glen. This is a family of three with an adorable 11 month old. The family is LA-based however they do travel 2 to 3 times a year with some travel and stays in New York City. This family wants a rockstar! Mom is a writer/journalist and dad is in TV and movies. Because of the nature of their work they would love someone who could either travel with them when needed or stay with the baby if needed. You definitely need to be open to doing some overnights. They have a bit of flexibility when it comes to the schedule but they would love somebody who is able to be flexible with them as well. They just want somebody who is experienced, knowledgeable, really knows their stuff can stay on top of things. The two people they've had so far including their Newborn Care specialist have just been amazing and set the bar high! (Gold standard amazing) Their ideal person knows everything there is to know about babies and developmental milestones, is open to doing baby laundry would love somebody who could do food prep, driving amongst someone who is a trusted expert who is bright who can challenge their little person, who is kind and happy, who is overall a great person, smart and engaging, can always stay one step ahead and keep things running smoothly. They love people who are hard-working, loyal, punctual. Second language a plus preferably Spanish but not a dealbreaker. General nanny duties apply. They are looking for their ideal person to start end of June start of August but if they find somebody incredible before then that's fine too. They would be open to a live an option if somebody was excellent but prefer live out. This family is offering $35- $40 an hour with promised hours, OT , PTO, Sick days, Vacation, and Medical. This family would really love someone with a background in child development or early education or maybe if you were an ex teacher this would be a great position for you. Schedule: Tentatively early starts Monday through Friday with flexibility for an overnight and travel. Family promises 40 hours. Scheduling based on the best Nanny For the fit.
Compensation: Hourly range $35-40 gross per hour
Benefits: 2 weeks vacation, sick days, holidays paid + a stipend toward health Insurance
Live-in or live out: This position is a live out position .
MUSTS:
Infant and Toddler Exp.
5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Covid 19 vaccinated and boosted (stated cases)
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
