Hey Nannies we have a local to California search happening. We have an awesome family living in Los Feliz California near Griffith Park who is looking for an incredible Nanny to join their team. This family is super fun with a 10 month old. They really want someone who is loving, smart, and who knows developmentally appropriate activities for a 10 month old. You must have visible infant toddler experience in past positions, someone who is friendly and social, leads an active lifestyle and open to travel. This family is a great mix of super funny, easy-going relaxed with a twist of taking care of business. They love a nanny who can jump in, who is joyful, who wants to be at their job, who is great with professional boundaries, who has an easy way about them, overall just a rockstar human being. Their ideal person is flexible as there is a fair amount of travel that is involved in this position so you must be okay with leaving and being on projects for several months at a time.
They want someone who is all about the baby, up for an adventure, confident in their knowledge of infants and toddlers but open to suggestions and generally great working with first-time parents. They would love somebody who is able to research new areas and locations when traveling. They love somebody who is open to light tidying; meaning leaving the house the way that you found it. If you a pro with organization this is the position for you. They love someone who is super proactive, open to structure but would be flexible and go with the flow. Mom and dad work in the industry and sometimes their job takes them to really cool places they want a nanny who enjoys the unknown. Someone who can really stimulate and expose their little human to many different types of experiences. They would really enjoy somebody who's able to cook for the baby (this is an incredibly extra thing so it's not a deal-breaker) and someone who is flexible and open to working on the weekends especially if they're traveling they are really mindful of good work-life balance. This family is asking that someone is covid safe, covid-19 and other vaccinations required and any boosters are kept up to date. They definitely need someone who is CPR and first aid certified. The ideal schedule would be Full time schedule promised 40 hours a week, wed-Friday for August with Weekend Availability then the schedule will change to Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 in September with Travel (weekends not expected) (obviously if you work more than 40 hours you'd be paid accordingly on the books via payroll with applicable OT) . Mom does work from home so you must be ok with mom popping in and out if she can.

5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.

Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
