Really active incredible almost 2 year year old is looking for her next sidekick. This family is return family to Modern Minders. They've had their current Nanny for almost 2 years. Mom is due with baby number 2 in Nov 2023(will have an NCS). They are looking for someone who in engaging, energized, able to work themselves around anything toddler and baby related when the time comes (bottles, baby related tasks, baby laundry, diaper gene etc.) They really would like someone with a good balance between education and experience. Preferably someone with at least 5 years of toddler and baby related work preferably but again they are open to meeting the right person. Live out must drive (nanny care provided) . Someone who is proactive and could run errands/food prep for kids. Currently guaranteed 40 hours a week to start and moving to a more of a 8-6/7 schedule once 2nd baby is here roughly estimated hours will be 50-55 Monday to Friday. Someone who speaks English and Spanish or Mandarin preferred, has a clean driving record. Their toddler is very social and likes to go to playgrounds, parks and the library so someone who is active and feels comfortable driving her places a must. It is very very important that this person is looking for a long term commitment with a family. This family really relies heavy on their nanny and is really wishing to have someone who really values their work and role within a family with two working parents. Schedule: 5 days a week , 8-6 or 8-7 (40-55 hours hours see above explanation)
Compensation: $30- $35 promised 40 hours a week with overtime
Live-in/Live-out: Live out
MUSTS:
5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Covid 19 vaccinated and boosted
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10 point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legal to work in the United States.
