SoHo NSC/ Nanny Oct 2020
Expecting parents in Soho, NYC are looking for a newborn care specialist to care for their baby boy. Candidate must be interested in staying on as a nanny for as long as possible. The baby is due at the end of October 2020 and the family is interested in hiring somebody now (prior to September 2020 ideally). Candidates who speak Portuguese/ English are encourage to apply, keen understanding of child development and/or has degree or certifications in this area and has excellent newborn care references. The family will provide live-in accommodations when the candidate is working as an NCS (overnight), prior to transitioning into a live-out Nanny role, once the child is on a sleep/eat schedule that works for household. The long-term schedule would be 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday (not set in stone but no more than 10 hours per day, 5 days per week), weekends as needed but with advance notice & additional compensation. Travel should be expected when the baby is older and not limited to domestic travel. Salary is negotiable depending on candidates’ experiences and individual needs.
