Compensation: $80k- $90K per year or DOE, 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, Sick Time (roughly $25-$30 ph) or DOE
High Profile worldly Eco friendly family looking for a full time live-in nanny to work with their sweet 4 month old preferably bi-lingual (any language), however not required. We are looking for a dedicated nanny who would like to work with a fun, young, hip growing family. This family is a really incredible family that leads a busy lifestyle domestically and internationally. The position will begin in Newport, RI (private accommodations provided) for the few months right on the water and then be back and forth between CA, NYC, Aspen and where-ever this family goes! This family is always moving so they need someone who is open to the adventure. Mom and Dad are both hard working parents who love spending time with their son when they can. Ideally someone who is kind, calm and worldly vibe, who can tag team with mom, and support in this new parenting journey. This position is full live in, we repeat this. They are looking for someone who can roll with their ever changing days, so if you are looking to work for a rockstar family and up for an adventure this is your job (relocation to New Zealand next year for extended amount of time is in the works).
Must haves without exception:
5 years of working with infants, easy to be around, live-in experience is helpful, can keep a schedule, baby is currently sleep training so understanding development milestones is huge, can read a room, is Eco friendly and environmentally conscience (no microwaves around the baby), maybe even has a background in R.I.E or Montessori, someone who is flexible with last minute location changes, a clean background including driving, impeccable references which are able to be checked (every past position will be checked), able to travel for weeks at a time preferably, discretion is key. Covid testing provided and all precautions strongly adhered. This family really respects and loves people who are particular about hygiene and are detail oriented. This position requires someone who understands boundaries.
Schedule requires flexibility, however typically Monday to Friday 7am-7pm with a shift in schedule here or there.
Compensation: $80k- $90K per year or DOE, 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, Sick Time and private accommodations. First round interviews will be done virtually. Position will be starting sooner then later as mom returns to work Sept 1, 2020 and the position location start is in Rhode Island (really great house right on the water).
