Nanny + Family Assistant
Long time Modern Minders family is seeking a full time nanny/ family assistant for there family. This is a high profile position so someone with discretion is key. This person much be able to work in Malibu and Hollywood. All the 3 of the children are school age and are attending virtual school so they are home. Parents are gearing up to start work productions. This is hybrid position with a lot of room to grow. They are looking for someone who can really wear a lot of hats; childcare, homework organizing, coordination of things in the home, supervise children. There may be some travel involved. Must drive, must be comfortable with the commute to Malibu, must has experience working in homes with a lot going on. Because of Covid this family has been self isolating in Malibu, enjoying walks on the beach and surfing. This is defiantly a hybrid role and great for someone who enjoys doing different things every day.
Compensation: $25-$35 an hour, promised 40 hours a week, OT when applied, medical stipend after 1 year, 2 weeks vacation (often many more weeks off because this family is on location for shooting, and have a house in the UK), sick time, 5 holidays off (one of your choice).
