Job Description:
Position: Part-time caregiver
Hours: 35 hours per week
Location: Venice
Child: 9-month-old baby girl
Language: Spanish speaking is a plus
Driving: Not required
Responsibilities:
Providing gentle, compassionate care for the baby
Engaging in age-appropriate activities to support development
Creating a safe and nurturing environment
Assisting with mealtime, naps, and light housekeeping related to the baby's care
Communicating openly and respectfully with the family
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education
Passion for gentle and respectful parenting
Spanish speaking is a plus
First aid and CPR certification preferred
Positive references from previous employers
Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly rate: $35.00-$40.00
Paid time off (PTO) and holidays
