Modern Minders Is currently recruiting for an amazing new mom and dad based out of Houston Texas. This family travels often to Los Angeles and South Florida during the year. Six months is based out of Houston three months in LA two months in South Florida and other trips to New York and other places. They are looking for the very best travel nanny for their one-year-old. This family really appreciates hard work and dedication, someone who is loyal and discreet, someone who may or may not have prior experience working with high profile families as well as someone who has extensive experience traveling with children. They are looking to hire one or two full-time nannies. This will be their first nanny experience so there really open about a huddle at the moment. For example if they find one really amazing Nanny that wants to work a lot they would be open to that or two nannies working 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. They really respectful people and know that traveling can take a toll on a person. This is one of the loveliest families we’ve worked with. They are a hip young family who are super down to earth, really realistic about expectations of the job. Looking for someone who knows how to read a room, step in and step out when needed. When mom and dad are not working they are very hands-on, and they are very family oriented. A little bit more about the job, this family has a NCS until October 2019 at which point will help transition this family into the hiring of their new nanny. They want someone who will stay with them for a 3-5 years or a very long time, and understand that the schedule might not always be the same depending on where they are residing at any given moment or parents work schedule and appearances. This person doesn’t have to be necessarily Houston-based. This is why they’re open to having options from around the country. This position will come down to experience and personality. It’s really important to this family to find someone who gels well with their family. Their ideal person is active knows how to drive, good with activities, can help around the house but not necessarily do housekeeping, someone who lives an active and healthy lifestyle would be amazing, you need to be OK with pets, typical day could be anything really. This family will start interviewing now, second round interviews in person potentially October and then a November start.

Compensation: $85k-$95k or DOE or OPEN for the right Candidate(s).
