An easy-going, reliable, adaptable and responsible gal originally from PA, Dominique has 8+ years of professional nanny experience. Dominique is innovative and creative, and lives a healthy, balanced lifestyle. She enjoys being outside, reading, journaling, spending time with her family, and friends who feel like family, and baking with feel-good ingredients – she recently started a small side gig, finding a gap in the market for guilt-free treats, selling her GF almond flour based chocolate chip cookie mix (for reference: www.dsbiscuits.com). She prides herself in having the ability to carefully and effectively communicate with children (and adults – it is important to her to always have open and clear communication). She is kind, but firm while taking a gentle approach to discipline. Before moving home to Pittsburgh in January 2021, Dominique was a nanny for a high profile family in Nashville, TN (live-in and live out) and spent a lot of time traveling with this family, both domestically and internationally. She is open to frequent travel and overnights and comfortable with just going with the flow. Dominique is confident in her ability to fit in where she’s needed and to be an asset to any family dynamic.
